We were approached by a customer with an old 1925 14/45 Rover Roadster,
to remanufacture the gears for the old gear box, as the car was terribly noisy
and jumping out of gear.
We recalculated the old gear box requirements and produced the set of new hardened gears shown in the photo. Our customer should now be able to talk to passengers while driving and not have hold the gear lever in place with his foot any more.

This is a quick note to advise that my rebuilt transfer case survived it's first punishment during the third round of the National 4WD Trials Series in Stratford on 13th January. The case is a lot quieter and seems to be smoother than previously.
May I again express my thanks to you for taking on this job and completing it within the short time frame that I required. I really do appreciate the extra effort and
attention you gave this.

We were asked for help to make up transmission parts for the race car shown.
We got the guys down here showed them how to work out the calculations required,
and set up the machines to give them the parts they needed. Hopefully they will learn
from this experience and it also helped them with their race car project too.
We wish them every success and were happy to help.
Check out their work here.
